The Valley Guardians Impact
Valley Guardian Executive Leadership Program
The Valley Guardians Executive Leadership Program is dedicated to transforming the lives of over 60 at-risk students to date! With our multi-year mentoring and up to $5,000 per year scholarship funding for 4 years, we empower students to reach their full potential! We provide personalized mentoring, coaching, and support. Together, we build self-confidence and instill lifelong skills that will positively impact the children in our community.
The Valley Guardians Executive Leadership Program With The Leadership Society Of Arizona

Valley Guardians + Challenge Foundation
The Valley Guardians and Phoenix Challenge Foundation build future leaders in the valley by breaking the cycle of poverty. Together we support scholars entering middle school through their college journey. Each year, Challenge in Phoenix adds a class of six scholars, and today is proud to support 48 scholars in grades 5-12 each year. The Challenge Foundation continues to support our scholars throughout their collegiate careers at universities across the country.

Valley Guardians + Santo Nino Initiatives
The Valley Guardians + Santo Nino Initiatives go above and beyond to offer financial assistance to children in need. We’re dedicated to ensuring the kids in the poorest communities of the valley experience unforgettable holidays and feel a sense of stability and hope.
The Valley Guardians Santo Nino Holiday Initiatives:
- Delivers Over 20,000 Pounds of Food Per Year
- Delivers 8,000 Christmas Presents Per Year
- Delivers 4,800 Back to Back-To-School Backpacks Per Year
Valley Guardians Trade School Program
Our newest initiative will be focused on building future leaders in the Valley to pursue technical and trade careers. We recognize the need in our community to support trade schools and educate youth on the opportunities they offer. We do this by supporting scholars financially as they go through the trade school so that they can focus on learning the trade.
The Valley Guardians Trade School Program offers:

Valley Guardians & Swappow+
We believe that fun fuels change, and that is why we are proud to partner with the Swappow PLUS Foundation. The Swappow+ Professional Development Course, serving over 20 local foster children, teaches valuable, real-world skills that can be directly applied to their future careers, all through skateboarding!
